UK & International
Our Business Data currently totals 15 million global B2B records. We provide bespoke researched Business Data from throughout the UK and internationally for a wide range of countries, and have access to many industries in locations throughout Europe, America, Asia, Africa and the Middle East.
Our business to business lists have many field selections. The information is dependent on the B2B Business Data list provided and we outline this in all quotes. For example we can include the following selections:
- Business Name
- Full Address including Postcode
- Personal Contact
- Position / Job Title
- Telephone Number
- Email Address
- SIC Code – Trade / Industry
- Number of Employees
- Turnover Information
Data Source & Verification
B2B Database information in the UK is obtained from three main sources; companies house, BT and Royal Mail. Our verification process involves stringent checks and validations with all three of these sources to verify new contacts, identify and update companies that are dissolved, update change of Directors and other segmentations.
BDP data is validated against Royal Mail for address details, and also checking against recent ‘gone away’ files to ensure accuracy and suppressing any relevant records. Before a contact is added to our base and on a daily basis, additional details are verified by our contact centre to validate fields including job titles, position and personal email verification. Email
verification is carried out by our in-house system upon ordering and 2-3 days prior to data despatch.
Telephone numbers are verified against BT to ensure the lines are in use; this is the final step in the cycle and all of the verifications above are performed within 2-3 days prior of despatch of the data to our client.
We can filter by many different specifications; our most popular selections are geographically by location, company size/turnover, number of employees, trade or industry (via SIC Codes), or job title, but we do have more selections available.
Our market intelligence team work with you to identify business contacts that fit exactly your criteria and that match the requirements of your recipients to give you the best possible results for your marketing campaigns.
With over 5 million businesses in the UK alone, BDP are constantly analysing this market to ensure that we provide only the highest quality products to our clients.
We supply our B2B business databases on a multiple-use 12 month licence, which means you are able to build relationships over the time period and gives you the flexibility to use the data as and when you wish, without restriction. Each one of our clients and their campaigns are treated as individuals and a dedicated account manager will be on hand throughout this yearly licence to assist you along the way.
Our licensing and terms & conditions ensure that all purchases from us and any consequent marketing undergone is GDPR compliant. GDPR regulations consist of rules regarding the processing of data and its purpose, as well as documenting use and possession.
BDP are a data owner and lease to our clients for the specific purpose of direct marketing their products and services and for this purpose only. The data remains the intellectual property of BDP throughout the license and the agreement allows our clients to use it in relation to the agreed purpose. The license does not permit the data to be transferred to any third party, and when the license ends the data should be deleted from the client’s servers to ensure that BDP can accurately record where the data is held and being processed. These terms enable us to comply with data protection laws and the GDPR, and therefore provide peace of mind for our clients to know that they are compliant too.
“BDP recently broadcast an email campaign promoting our seasonal offers. They were highly communicative, extremely timely and very professional.
The campaign was highly targeted and personal to our target markets and delivered a fantastic response. We look forward to working with them in the future.”
