BDP’s Team Building Event
Last week, the whole team decided that it would be a really beneficial idea to strengthen our chemistry as a team; the team came up with several suggestions on how to build up really strong relationships in the group. It was a fantastic day out with everyone bonding like the family we inspire to be, we started climbing in the afternoon with several members of the team beginning to struggle with aches and pains as the day went on. Certain members of staff motivated others to spark them back into action; a huge development with the staff’s relationships has begun to show more and more in the office since the team building event in Sheffield.
After the laughs and amusement we decided to go for a team meeting in a nearby restaurant, we had a meal and a chat about what we wanted to achieve as a company and the plans we had to set in place to achieve this.
All in all, I think the eventful day we had really paid off, successfully strengthening our chemistry as a family. It really pays off and creates a tremendously fun and professional atmosphere throughout the whole team.
