2 x Customer Service Advisors (full-time / part-time hours available)
We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic customer service advisor with a natural flair for conversation and excellent listening skills to join our small award-winning marketing agency at Kelham Island in Sheffield. Since 2009, we have established our brand and built a portfolio of over 6,000 business customers that are registered on an annual subscription model. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to these businesses, answering queries and identifying opportunities to help our existing customers.
Job description: Customer Service Advisor
You will be working as part of a small team and have the opportunity to gain experience in many aspects of customer service and building relationships.
Proactively call existing customers & maintain client relationships
Provide an excellent level of customer service & build rapport
Make & answer calls professionally
Work on your own initiative to enhance client relationships
Provide support to the sales team and aftercare service for clients
Update the CRM and chase paperwork from new clients
Other admin tasks
Required Skills and Interests
Minimum 6 months’ customer service experience desirable
Great customer service skills & confident on the telephone
Enthusiastic and self-motivated
Excellent timekeeping
Basic computer skills
Good level of written and verbal English
Presentable and Professional
Willing to follow instructions and learn with a positive attitude
