The role will be focussed on developing and growing new business and will include:
- Planning, designing and developing KPI’s with the Operations Director
- Identification of prospective clients using the latest cutting edge contact data
- Contacting new prospects to propose multiple bespoke marketing solutions
- Developing and driving new client relationships
- Proposing and closing new business deals
- Maintaining client relationships to secure maximum revenue
Minimum Skills & Experience:
- Must be able to build relationships, negotiate and close deals
- Ability to work on your own initiative
- Ability to interact with senior decision makers in SME’s and Corporates
- Thrive in a strong B2B sales environment and enjoy achieving targets
- Proven track record of selling and ability to deliver on revenue targets
- Must be able to clearly understand and articulate complex marketing solutions
- Have a passionate interest in marketing, sales and the media industry
- Willing to travel and meet European clients when required
- Experience within direct sales for the marketing, media, recruitment or motor trade
- Excited by and thrives in a rapidly changing growth environment
- Experience in marketing and data solutions in B2B sector
- Experience of working with agencies, brokers and other strategic partners
