The advertised job role will be targeted on improving and growing new business and will also include:
- Working with developed KPI’s and targets set by the Operations Director
- Identification of target clients using the latest high quality contact data
- Approaching new prospects to offer multiple bespoke marketing solutions
- Developing and improving client relationships
- Proposing and closing new business deals
- Maintaining client relationships to ensure maximum revenue
Minimum Skills & Experience:
- Ability to build relationships with clients in a service based industry
- Ability to work on your own initiative
- Ability to interact with senior decision makers in SME’s and Corporates
- Ability to close sales
- Thrive in a strong B2B outbound sales environment and enjoy achieving targets
- Organisational skills and ability to deliver on revenue targets
- Have a great interest in marketing, sales and the media industry
- Willing to travel and meet European clients when required
- Experience within direct sales for the marketing, media, recruitment or motor trade
- Excited by and thrives in a rapidly changing growth environment
- Experience of working with agencies, brokers and other strategic partners
